Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of the package.

Packaging:
Our mangoes are hand-picked, quality-checked, and packed in eco-friendly, secure packaging to ensure freshness during transit.

Delivery Partners:
We use reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking information will be provided via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.


Refund & Replacement Policy

Freshness Guarantee:
At Noorsons Farms, we pride ourselves on delivering premium-quality mangoes. If your order arrives damaged or the mangoes are spoiled, we offer a refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Refund/Replacement:

  • Must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged or spoiled items.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refund Process:
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

  • Minor colour or shape differences, as mangoes are natural products.
  • Late claims (after 24 hours of delivery).
  • The incorrect address was provided by the customer.
